2025 FEAR Days

This year we have a very busy calendar, full of swimming, skiing and sailing events! FEAR Days are for individuals who receive alternative nutrition (enteral or intravenous), or who are receiving treatment via a central line (i.e chemotherapy and dialysis). Friends and Family are also welcome to join in on the fun.

• Our swimming events are at: Romsey Rapids, Camberley, The Triangle and Rotherham

• Our sailing lessons are at: Southampton, Portsmouth, Woolverstone and Birmingham

• Our skiing lessons are at: SkiDome Tamworth

• In addition to the above, we will also be holding FEAR events at theme parks, cinemas and theatres.

  I’ve recently had to make the difficult decision to make our events £1.50 per person. However, I do not want this to be a barrier to entry for anyone. So if you cannot afford it, please don’t let this stop you from coming! Just send me a quick email about which event you want to come to and I will add you to the list.

FEAR Day photos - 2025

In 2024, we held a total of 48 FEAR events across the Country. Our events included: swimming, sailing, skiing, adventure days, theme park days, a bike ride and a very memorable FEAR holiday to Disneyland Paris.
Over the year, 3,271 people came to our events. Huge thank you to everyone who joined our events, you are the reason FEAR is so special!

In 2023, we held a total of 28 FEAR events across the Country. The events included swimming, sailing, rock climbing, archery, canoeing, Alton Towers and a run/walk/push event in Windsor. A total of 2,061 people came to our events, and I can’t thank you all enough for coming. It was the most amazing first FEAR year, because of you!
