Who are these events for?
FEAR Swim days are designed for adults and children (plus family and friends), whose lives involve enteral or parenteral nutrition, intestinal failure or long term IV treatments (such as chemotherapy and dialysis)
Whether you swim with a Drysuit, CathDry, Stoma Bag or any other form of swim dressing, ‘FEAR Swim Days’ are a fantastic opportunity for you to swim in a fun environment with your friends and family. They’re also a fab opportunity to meet others, living with similar conditions!!
What happens at a FEAR swim event?
A member of the FEAR team will meet you in the foyer to greet you. You’ll then have 2 hours of EXCLUSIVE use of the pools and flume. Giving you ample opportunity to have fun as a family, and to meet others in a relaxed environment. Whether you choose to swim for 10 mins or the full 2 hours, the choice is completely yours. There is also a viewing area available for those not wanting to swim.
We ask that ALL children are supervised while in the pool, and have at least one adult in the water with them.

There are a number of accessible changing areas, including a changing places room with a ceiling hoist and a rise and fall bed. Can I take photos?
